Welcome to Kiran Enterprises Pest Control Services ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By booking or using any of our pest control services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1Services

• Kiran Enterprises provides professional pest control services including, but not limited to, cockroach control, rodent control, bed bug control, mosquito control, termite control, ant control, wood borer control, lizard control, and general pest management.
• All services are performed by our trained and certified technicians using government-approved, eco-friendly chemicals.
• The scope of each service will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Any additional work required beyond the agreed scope may attract additional charges.

2Booking & Appointments

• Appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or our contact form. Confirmation of your booking will be communicated by our team.
• We will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time. Delays due to traffic, weather, or prior service overruns may occur.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

3Client Responsibilities

• You must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the treatment areas on the day of service.
• All residents, children, pets, and sensitive individuals should vacate the premises for the duration advised by our technician.
• Food, utensils, and consumables in the treatment area must be appropriately covered or stored before the service begins.
• Any pre-existing conditions, allergies, or special requirements must be disclosed to our technician prior to treatment.
• You must follow all post-treatment instructions provided by our technician for best results.

4Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service completion unless a prior credit arrangement has been agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers. Receipts will be provided upon request.
• Prices quoted are valid at the time of booking. We reserve the right to revise prices with prior notice.
• For Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) clients, payment terms are as specified in the individual contract agreement.

5Warranty & Re-Treatment

• Most services include a warranty period as communicated at the time of booking. If the pest problem recurs within the warranty period, we will re-treat at no additional charge.
• The warranty is void if post-treatment instructions are not followed, if the premises are not maintained hygienically, or if new infestations occur due to external sources.
• Warranty does not apply to one-time spot treatments or services where the infestation was only partially accessible during treatment.

6Limitation of Liability

• Kiran Enterprises will not be liable for any damage to property, health conditions, or loss arising from failure to follow our pre- and post-treatment instructions.
• We are not responsible for pest re-infestation arising from structural defects, poor sanitation, or neighbouring infestations beyond our control.
• Our liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7Health & Safety

• All chemicals used are certified and approved by the relevant Indian government authorities.
• Our technicians follow strict safety protocols during every treatment.
• Please inform our technician of any health conditions, pregnancies, or severe allergies before treatment begins so appropriate precautions can be taken.

8Privacy

• Any personal information collected (name, phone number, address) is used solely for the purpose of delivering and improving our services.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
• By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving service-related communications from us.

9Amendments

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
• Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysore, Karnataka.
